This book is a report of Tanzania Judges’ workshop that was held in Dar es Salaam from 2 to 5 June 2010. It was attended by Justices of the Court of Appeal of Tanzania and judges of the High Courts of Tanzania and the Republic of Ireland. The workshop was one of the series of continuing legal education sessions for judges. All such sessions have been organized by the University of Dar es Salaam School of Law (Formerly Faculty of Law) in collaboration with Trinity College, Dublin.
