The need for a specialist text on Partnership Law in Uganda has for long been felt. This is due not only to the fact that most business activities in Uganda are either conducted individually or in partnership but also to the distinct recognition of a discipline, apart from company law, which is normally lumped together with company law as the Law of Business Associations.
