The Text is divided into two sections. The f rst part provides, LatinEnglish terminologies, and the second part comprise of maxims and expressions. The terminologies, maxims and expressions are all arranged in alphabeticaly. The table of cases and statutes is useful for ease of reference to the various terms, maxims, expressions and statutes. The Text is complete with an index to assist find the various terminologies and maxims. The various abbreviations used are explained in full in the list of abbreviations.
