This book titled: Introduction to Judicial Administration and Court Management comes at the right time in Tanzania and perhaps East Africa. For a very a long time there were complaints that the judiciary in Tanzania and other East African countries alike are overwhelmed with cases that they do not have the capacity to determine on time. To respond to this the Tanzanian judiciary decided to adopt a strategic court management system which blends leadership and justice delivery. The system was made operational by introduction of the Judiciary Act, 2011. The changes were imminent and aimed at effective justice delivery system.
