Description
The book is designed to provide basic materials to any disinterested reader of literature on public affairs or civic studies in Uganda. The materials are recommended for general reading but may be of use to students and politicians as well as lawyers and social scientists. It is also hoped that the essays and materials will be of some use to the Constitution makers, the crafters as well as those who will be able to interpret it in years to come.
